For EU returns we will provide you with a shipping label free of charge.
Should you want to exchange or return a product, you have 14 days upon the receipt of your order to request to return your product(s).
All products must be returned in their original condition, unwashed, with original tags attached in original packaging.If your returned product is in used condition, we will not accept your return and send it back, at your expense, to your original shipping address.
Within 14 working days upon reception of the returned product, we will refund the full price paid, using your original payment method and you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
